Group Bookings

Applies to parties of 10 or more pax accompanied by a guide, Guide and Driver will stay FOC with Groups more than ten pax, less than 10 pax, we will charge 50% of STO Rates. Please contact our reservations team for enquiries: reservations@geckolodge.co.za

Cancellation Policy

1. A 10% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied if cancellation occurs 22 to 29 days prior to arrival
2. A 30% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied if cancellation occurs 15 to 21 days prior to arrival
3. A 50% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied if cancellation occurs 7 to 14 days prior to arrival
4. A 65% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied if cancellation occurs 3 to 6 days prior to arrival
5. A 80% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied if cancellation occurs 1 to 2 days prior to arrival
6. A 100% cancellation fee on the full amount payable will be levied for a no show

Deposit & Payment

A 50% Depsoit is required to secure your booking and payment in full 7 days prior to arrival of guest / groups unless otherwise agreed
